General Terms of Participation

1. Organiser means Rally Travel. Participant means a person joining a trip or training. Event means an off-road trip, training or travel service, including Quad, UTV/SSV, Enduro or snowmobile activities. GPX track is a navigation aid and not a guarantee that a route is legal, safe or passable.

1. These terms govern participation in trips, trainings and services offered by Rally Travel. Details of a specific event may be set out in the offer, contract, programme or individual regulations.

2. Off-road trips involve increased risk and may include mud, stones, water crossings, steep climbs, descents and remote terrain.

1. The contract covers the services described in the offer, especially planning, coordination, route guidance, logistics, guiding or training and other expressly listed elements.

2. The programme may change for safety, weather, terrain, legal or organisational reasons.

1. The organiser performs services with due care, provides key information before the trip and may use guides, local partners, transport, accommodation and technical teams.

1. The participant must provide correct data, pay on time, follow instructions, comply with local law, use suitable protective equipment and ride within personal skill, health and vehicle limits.

1. GPX files, maps and route descriptions are planning aids only. Terrain conditions, closures, weather and local rules may require changes, omissions or replacement routes.

1. Safety takes priority over the plan and pace. The organiser or guide may change the route, stop a ride or exclude a participant who endangers others, ignores instructions or is unfit to ride.

1. If transport, trailers, transfers, accommodation or other logistics are included, the scope follows the offer. The participant must provide the vehicle, equipment, documents and keys in proper time and condition.

1. The contract is concluded when the organiser accepts the booking and payment conditions are met. Prices, deposits, balance payments, currency and deadlines follow the offer or booking system.

1. Price changes and cancellation are governed by applicable law and the contract. Unless otherwise stated, withdrawal costs may be charged according to the schedule in the offer or terms, including up to 100% close to departure.

2. Transfer of a booking to another person is possible under the Polish Act on package travel and linked travel arrangements.

1. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy. The organiser may document the event with photos and video. Image use for marketing requires consent and may be withdrawn by e-mail.

1. The organiser is liable for proper performance of contracted services under applicable law, but not for damage caused solely by the participant, unrelated third parties or force majeure. Liability may be limited where permitted by mandatory law.

1. The organiser has financial security and pays TFG/TFP contributions. Basic foreign trip insurance does not cover high-risk off-road or extreme sport risks unless expressly extended; the participant must arrange suitable additional insurance.

1. The organiser is not liable for non-performance caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, war, epidemics, administrative decisions, closures, failures or other events beyond control.

1. The statutory consumer withdrawal right may not apply to leisure, recreation or travel services provided on a specific date or period. Travellers may withdraw before departure under the Polish package travel rules, subject to justified costs.

1. Complaints should be reported promptly during the event and submitted by e-mail to office@rally.travel, usually within 30 days after the trip. The complaint should describe the issue, booking details and requested solution.

1. Polish law applies, including the Civil Code, the Act on package travel and linked travel arrangements and consumer protection rules. Individual event regulations supplement these terms.
